Father’s Day Thoughts

"Train up a child in the way he should go - but be sure you go that way yourself." - Charles Spurgeon

Being a Father is too big a shoes for any man to wear alone. Let God help you and guide you.

Here are some Bible verses to reflect on as we consider this role.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. Psalm 103:13

Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them. Psalm 22:4

We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old. Psalm 44:1

For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children Psalm 78:5

Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set. Proverbs 22:28

Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. Exodus 20:12

Let these be a blessing to you this week.

God Bless
