Who Do You Blame?
Ever heard the phrase, “It’s not my fault”?
People fabricated that phrase. It's not from God. It’s contrary to all Bible teaching.
But people believe it so much they will take their argument to the Great White Throne Judgement Seat of God, professing that all their mistakes (sins) are not their fault. They will lay the blame on everything and anything but themselves.
But unfortunately, there will be no valid excuse. “So that they are without excuse” Romans 1:20.
Refusing the responsibility for our sin is as old as Adam and Eve, who started the whole blame game.
Have you been caught up in the “blame game”? You probably have, because it’s so convenient. So easy to play.
However, it’s a very destructive game. It leaves behind a graveyard full of hurt feelings and discouraged lives.
It encourages pride in our own life, which God hates. Don’t iake the easy road of life, constantly blaming others.
Listen to God’s counsel in 1 John 1:9 “ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”.
Romans 10:10 “confession is made unto salvation”. Owning up to our sin is the only way to forgiveness.
God bless.
